Well the week is going great, hope you’ve been noticing and getting involved!
Today from 1pm, we will be hosting a live panel-style forum to allow students and women academics to get together and discuss issues that women in academia face.
We invite you to come along, share your stories, and ask questions. It is not all that often that students get a chance to personally find out what their lecturers think about the university system, and their role in it – especially as women. This may be especially relevant if you are a student who is, or who is considering, continuing study past the undergraduate level or even working for a university.
It is being held in Old Geology Theatre 1. See you there!
